Winter Wanderlust with Shop Raga

Shop Raga Winter Wanderlust Coat and patchwork skirt

I’ve been hanging out at the Sundance Film Festival for the past couple weekends because there are so many fun things to do in Park City and during the festival. Make sure to check out this post for my guide to Park City!

I am obsessed with this coat and skirt from Shop Raga! It was perfect for the festival because the coat kept me warm while I was outside walking from place to place, but the skirt was so fun for a boho vibe inside of events and at the concerts! Lots of people ask how I wear a skirt in the winter and that’s why! You bundle up so much that by the time you are inside (especially at a concert) it gets SOOO hot and you’re sweating if you don’t have on a lighter outfit underneath all the layers!

2018 New Years Resolutions

Every year I have a really hard time deciding what “resolutions” I really need to make. I always kind of have an idea, but I think I try to set to many unrealistic expectations. A lot of people have been talking about setting “intentions” instead of resolutions, but I think they’re interchangeable because a resolution isn’t something that you fail if you don’t quite meet. I think it’s a goal that you aim for and it’s awesome if you reach it, but if you don’t, at least you were working towards becoming better!

Teddy Bear Coats and Free People

Teddy Bear coats have been all over this season and I’m all for them! This one from Shein is only $44 and I think it’s one of the best ones I’ve found this year! It’s not as heavy and thick as some, so it’s the perfect coat to throw on for layering and when you don’t need something as big as a parka!

Home for the Holidays Plaid Coat from The Pink Lily Boutique

Home for the Holidays Plaid Coat and leather mini skirt

The temperatures dropped significantly this week, so this coat is going to come in extremely handy! It’s warm and cozy and cute all at the same time, and it’s ONLY $36 from The Pink Lily Boutique. I don’t think I’ve seen that good of a deal on a quality coat for a really long time, so grab it while you can. Trust me, you’ll thank me!

Lulu’s Tan Carlsbad Cardigan and Sorial Clutch

I’m not 100% sure, but I’m almost sure that we can call this sweater a “coat-igan”. I love that it’s still a sweater, but a little bit thicker material for layering on those cold days when you just need to feel bundled up! It’s really soft so I have been wearing it a ton. It’s perfect to throw on over a graphic tee, or pair with jeans and heels, or make it a little more fun with a skirt like i did here! You can dress it up or down and you need it! Plus, it’s under $70 at Lulus!

I’m Bringing Corduroy Back

I don’t remember the last time I wore corduroy until literally twice this week…and both items happened to be green. Whoops! I used to wear it all the time when I was younger and I’m a big fan again! I love it in this skirt, because it gives just the right texture and ads a little bit of fun to this look! How are you guys feeling about corduroy right now?

Green Fall Skirt and Embroidery

Green mini skirt and embroidered blouse and Henri Bendel Jetsetter Backpack

I love wearing skirts for fall, because winter is just way too cold to, so I try to get them in as much as I can before it’s freezing for a few months. We’ve had some pretty cold days here in Utah already, but this day was gorgeous and sunny so this was the perfect skirt to wear! It’s also under $40 from ChicWish!

I’m a little bit obsessed with this bag from Henri Bendel, because it can be used as a tote or converted into a backpack. Backpacks are just so useful, so I love that this bag can be used as either. Plus, isn’t the color just amazing for fall?
