This shoot was one of my favorites because it turned out so fun! I got to have Emma do my hair and I am obsessed so I’m sorry for the over exposure of these braids, but it’s just my favorite thing ever right now and I could never re-create this or do it myself. It started raining, but Emmy and I just had so much fun it didn’t even matter. I absolutely love how these turned out!
This outfit was supposed to be a more casual New Years outfit, but then I ended up with so many fun dresses to choose from (because I am an online shopping addict…the first step is admitting it right?) that I just decided I would save this for later. I would wear this on a regular weekend anyway! I have kind of gathered a myriad of things that sparkle over the years and especially lately so I also apologize for the amount of posts with sequins that are still going to be coming your way. What can I say? I grew up in ballet. I guess I always just want to be in a costume.
I found this quote online that I posted with one of my photos already and wanted to share it just because of things I have going on and I liked it for the New Year as well. I’m sorry, I don’t know who said it though!
“I’ll look back on this and smile, because it was life and I decide to live it.”
Have a fabulous Friday and weekend! My mom is in town so we are going to paaaaarty!
