Skins Skycrapper Tights, Flux Sports Bra, and T Bar Tank

I’ve been on vacation for the last couple weeks and I’ve been trying to keep up on my workouts, but sometimes it’s so hard! So I’m back at it this week finally! I’m also trying out Carb Cycling for my meal plan this week with Trainer Kelli and Level 212 Fitness! It’s basically one high carb day followed by two low carb days and then you repeat it through the week. I’ll let you know how it goes!

P.S. This outfit from Skins is amazing. They fit perfectly and I’m loving the T bar tank so much! Been trying to work on my back so duh, I gotta show it off right?

Getting in shape is hard. I think I expected it to be faster and for my body to magically transform. It doesn’t happen overnight. But I am really proud of where I am now.

Sweaty Betty Urdhva Leggings

These leggings are heaven. You probably think I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. They are soft and comfortable, even thought they have the mesh details. They’re thick, but still flexible. And you know how I love high waisted anything…Sweaty Betty is literally heaven. Just trust me.

I’m still going strong with Trainer Kelli. My biggest problem before was that I felt like I didn’t know how to work out. I played sports¬†when I was younger, so I felt like I knew how. I did cardio. I took classes at the gym. But I had never really done weights before. I think they have made such a huge difference. I feel like I’m finally starting to feel stronger and look like I’m in shape. I always just kind of looked soft and a little bit weak still even when I was in “good shape”. With the Level.212 App Kelli is able to give me new workouts each week that shows me how to work out as well as what to work out. Each circuit has a video that shows exactly how to do it! It’s so helpful. Since I get a new workout each week I’ve been learning so many new ways to work out, so it never gets boring. It’s literally completely changed the way I work out and my motivation level.
