So I kind of feel like just half-way did my “new years resolutions”. I had so many going through my head that I just spit out a couple, but I’ve been thinking and I really wanted to write down an ACTUAL list of resolutions or intentions so I can keep myself accountable and keep checking back on them! Rideologie Giveaway!
You guys know how much I love my Rideologie spin classes. Like love. I drive about 40 minutes back and forth about 3 times a week because I love it so much. It’s hands down my favorite class, because it’s fun, the class flies by, and it is great for cardio, but also tones and strengthens my entire body…legs, arms, and especially my core.

2018 New Years Resolutions
Every year I have a really hard time deciding what “resolutions” I really need to make. I always kind of have an idea, but I think I try to set to many unrealistic expectations. A lot of people have been talking about setting “intentions” instead of resolutions, but I think they’re interchangeable because a resolution isn’t something that you fail if you don’t quite meet. I think it’s a goal that you aim for and it’s awesome if you reach it, but if you don’t, at least you were working towards becoming better!
