A good friend of mine gave me this book a while ago when I was going through a hard time. I highly recommend it to anyone though. The ideas and advice in this book can help anyone at anytime. No matter if you’re going through something or not.
Basically the four “Agreements” listed below can help you learn how to interact with people and learn how to take responsibility for your own actions. I think it also helps you to realize the things that are important and prioritize your life.
